Public Law 108–17 108th Congress An Act To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 2127 Beatties Ford Road in Charlotte, North Carolina, as the ‘‘Jim Richardson Post Office’’.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 2127 Beatties Ford Road in Charlotte, North Carolina, shall be known and designated as the ‘‘Jim Richardson Post Office’’. SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ‘‘Jim Richardson Post Office’’. Approved April 23, 2003.
