Lancaster ................ Readiness Center ... $4,530,000 SEC. 2703. EXTENSION AND RENEWAL OF AUTHORIZATIONS OF CER TAIN FISCAL YEAR 2001 PROJECTS. (a) EXTENSION AND RENEWAL.—Notwithstanding section 2701 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001 (division B of the Floyd D. Spence National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001 (as enacted into law by Public Law 106– 398; 114 Stat. 1654A–407)), authorizations set forth in the tables in subsection (b), as provided in section 2102 or 2401 of that Act and, in the case of the authorization set forth in the first table in subsection (b), extended by section 2702 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 (division B of Public Law 108–136; 117 Stat. 1716), shall remain in effect until October 1, 2005, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 2006, whichever is later.
