118 STAT. 2379 PUBLIC LAW 108–422—NOV. 30, 2004 Public Law 108–422 108th Congress An Act To amend title 38, United States Code, to increase the authorization of appropriations for grants to benefit homeless veterans, to improve programs for management and administration of veterans’ facilities and health care programs, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS. (a) SHORT TITLE.—This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Veterans Health Programs Improvement Act of 2004’’. (b) TABLE OF CONTENTS.—The table of contents of this Act is as follows: Sec. 1.
