Section 1241(a)(3) of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3841(a)(3)) is amended by striking ‘‘, using’’ and all that follows through ‘‘2013’’. SEC. 102. (a) Of the funds appropriated under the heading ‘‘Emergency Preparedness and Response, Disaster Relief’’ in chapter 2 of title I of Public Law 108–106, $225,000,000 are rescinded. (b) In addition to amounts appropriated in Public Law 108– 108 for ‘‘Forest Service, Wildland Fire Management’’ for hazardous fuels reduction, hazard mitigation, and rehabilitation activities of the Forest Service in southern California, $25,000,000, to remain available until expended. (c) In addition to amounts appropriated in Public Law 108– 108 for ‘‘Forest Service, State and Private Forestry’’ for hazard mitigation, fuels reduction, and forest health protection and mitiga tion activities on State and private lands in southern California, $25,000,000, to remain available until expended.
