(j) RAILWAY HIGHWAY CROSSING HAZARD ELIMINATION IN HIGH SPEED RAIL CORRIDORS.—Section 1101(j)(1) of such Act (117 Stat. 1118; 118 Stat. 482; 118 Stat. 631; 118 Stat. 702) is amended— (1) by striking ‘‘$4,375,000’’ and inserting ‘‘$5,250,000’’; (2) by striking ‘‘$208,833 instead of’’; (3) by striking ‘‘the period of October 1, 2003, through July 31, 2004’’ each place it appears and inserting ‘‘fiscal year 2004’’; and (4) by striking the comma preceding ‘‘for eligible’’.
