Public Law 109–85 109th Congress An Act To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 2600 Oak Street in St. Charles, Illinois, as the ‘‘Jacob L. Frazier Post Office Building’’.

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 2600 Oak Street in St. Charles, Illinois, shall be known and designated as the ‘‘Jacob L. Frazier Post Office Building’’. SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ‘‘Jacob L. Frazier Post Office Building’’. Approved October 4, 2005.
