SEC. 6081. (a) IN GENERAL.—Section 414 of the Veterans Health Programs Improvement Act of 2004, is amended by adding at the end the following: ‘‘(h) DEFINITION.—In this section, the term ‘medical center’ includes any outpatient clinic.’’. (b) EFFECTIVE DATE.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect as if included in the Veterans Health Programs Improvement Act of 2004 (Public Law 108–422). This division may be cited as the ‘‘Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act for Defense, the Global War on Terror, and Tsunami Relief, 2005’’.
