SEC. 2702. EXTENSION OF AUTHORIZATIONS OF CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2003 PROJECTS.
(a) EXTENSION.—Notwithstanding section 2701 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2003 (division B of Public Law 107–314; 116 Stat. 2700), authorizations set forth in the tables in subsection (b), as provided in section 2301, 2302, or 2401 of that Act, shall remain in effect until October 1, 2006, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 2007, whichever is later. (a) EXTENSION AND RENEWAL.—Notwithstanding section 2701 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2002 (division B of Public Law 107–107; 115 Stat. 1301), authorizations set forth in the tables in subsection (b), as provided in section 2101 or 2302 of that Act and extended by section 2702 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005 (division B of Public Law 108–375; 118 Stat. 2116), shall remain in effect until October 1, 2006, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 2007, whichever is later.
