Ad of David June 22’]_g60_ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United W States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to David Waldo, out of Payment to any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of nine Dwi W“ld°‘ thousand nine hundred and thirty-six dollars, being the amount of damages awarded by the report of the Quartermaster·General of the United States army, for the non-fulfilment, on the part of the government of a contract made with him in May, eighteen hundred and fifty, for delivering corn at Fort Laramie, and the payment of which is recommended by the Secretary of War.
