(b) ENERGY CONSERVATION AND PRODUCTION ACT.—Section 412(6) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act (42 U.S.C. 6862(6)) is amended by striking ‘‘paragraphs (4), (5), and (6), respectively, of section 102’’ and inserting ‘‘section 102’’. Approved October 17, 2006.
