Public Law 109–479 109th Congress An Act To amend the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act to authorize activities to promote improved monitoring and compliance for high seas fisheries, or fisheries governed by international fishery management agreements, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.

(a) SHORT TITLE.—This Act may be cited as the ‘‘MagnusonStevens Fishery Conservation and Management Reauthorization Act of 2006’’. (b) TABLE OF CONTENTS.—The table of contents for this Act is as follows:
