For an additional amount for ‘‘Operations, Research, and Facilities’’, $60,400,000, to remain available until September 30, 2008: Provided, That the National Marine Fisheries Service shall cause such amounts to be distributed among eligible recipients of assistance for the commercial fishery failure designated under section 312(a) of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (16 U.S.C. 1861a(a)) and declared by the Secretary of Commerce on August 10, 2006. For an additional amount for ‘‘Construction’’ for flood damage reduction activities associated with disasters covered by Presidential Disaster Declarations FEMA–1692–DR and FEMA–1694–DR, $11,200,000, to remain available until expended. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE

For an additional amount for ‘‘Operation and Maintenance’’ to dredge navigation channels related to the consequences of hurricanes of the 2005 season, $3,000,000, to remain available until expended. FLOOD CONTROL AND COASTAL EMERGENCIES
