(d) E CON O MI C A N D COMM U NI TY D EV E L O P MENT G R ANT S .—Sec - tion 383D of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (as redesignated by subsection (c)(1)(A)) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)— (A) in paragraph (1), by striking ‘‘transportation and telecommunication’’ and inserting ‘‘transportation, rene w - able energy transmission, and telecommunication’’; and ( B ) by redesignating paragraphs (1) and (2) as para- graphs (2) and (1), respectively, and moving those para- graphs so as to appear in numerical order; and (2) in subsection (b)(2), by striking ‘‘the activities in the following order or priority’’ and inserting ‘‘the following activi- ties’’. (e) SUPPLEMENTS TO FEDERAL GRANT P RO G RAMS.—Section 383E(a) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (as redesignated by subsection (c)(1)(A)) is amended by striking ‘‘, including local development districts,’’. (f) MULTISTATE AND L OCAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS AND O RGANI Z ATIONS AND NORT H ERN GREAT PLAINS INC.—Section 383F of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (as redesig- nated by subsection (c)(1)(A)) is amended— (1) by striking the section heading and inserting ‘‘ MULTIS T A T E A ND L OC AL DE V ELO P MENT DIST R ICTS AND OR G ANI Z ATIONS AND NORT H ERN GREAT PLAINS INC . ’’; and (2) by striking subsections (a) through (c) and inserting the following
