OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL ( INCLUDING TRANSFER OF FUNDS ) For an additional amount for ‘‘Office of Inspector General’’, $9,500,000, to remain available until September 30, 2009: Provided, That $2,500,000 shall be transferred to the Special Inspector Gen- eral for Iraq Reconstruction for reconstruction oversight, and $2,000,000 shall be transferred to the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction for reconstruction oversight.
