(e) AMENDMENTS TO FLOOD DISASTER P ROTECTION ACT O F 1973.—Section 102(f)(3)(A) of the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 (42 U.S.C. 4012a(f)(3)(A)) is amended by striking ‘‘Director of the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight of the Depart- ment of Housing and Urban Development’’ and inserting ‘‘Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency’’. (f) AMENDMENT TO DE P ARTMENT OF HO U SIN G AND UR B AN DE V ELOPMENT ACT.—Section 5 of the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C. 3534) is amended by striking subsection (d). (g) AMENDMENTS TO TITLE 5, UNITED STATES CODE.—Title 5, United States Code, is amended— (1) in section 5313, by striking the item relating to the Director of the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight,
