and ‘‘(B) shall use such scholarship to pay costs related to the cost of attendance, as defined in section 47 2, at the institution of higher education in which the student is enrolled. ‘‘(2) AMOUNT AN D DURATION.—A Ralph Bunche scholarship awarded to a student under this section shall not exceed $ 5 ,000 per academic year.’’. SEC.618 . R E PO R T . Section 6 27 (as redesignated by section 617(1)) (20 U .S. C . 1131d) is amended by stri k ing ‘‘annually prepare a report’’ and inserting ‘‘prepare a report once every two years’’. SEC. 61 9 . GIF TS AND DONATIONS. Section 62 9 (as redesignated by section 617(1)) (20 U.S.C. 1131f) is amended— (1) by striking ‘‘$10,000,000’’ and inserting ‘‘such sums as may be necessary’’; (2) by striking ‘‘1999’’ and inserting ‘‘2009’’; and (3) by striking ‘‘4 succeeding’’ and inserting ‘‘five suc- ceeding’’.
