S H O R T TIT L E. ThisActmaybe cite d as the ‘ ‘ N ati on a lI n f ant r y Mu seum and S oldier C enter Commemorati v e Coin Act ’ ’ . SEC. 2 . COINS P ECI F IC A TIONS. ( a )$1 S ILVER C O I NS . — The Secretary of the Treasury (hereafter in this Act referred to as the ‘‘Secretary’’) shall mint and issue not more than 350, 000 $1 coins in commemoration of the le g acy of the U nited State Army Infantry and the establishment of the National Infantry Museum and Soldier Center, each of w hich shall— (1) weigh 26 . 7 3 grams

(2) have a diameter of 1.500 inches; and (3) contain 9 0 p ercent silver and 10 percent copper. (b) L E GA L TEN D ER.—The coins minted under this Act shall be legal tender, as provided in section 5103 of title 31, United States Code. (c) N UM ISMA T I C ITEMS.— F or purposes of sections 513 4 and 5136 of title 31, United States Code, all coins minted under this Act shall be considered to be numismatic items. SEC. 3 . D ESI G N OF COINS. (a) D ESIGN R E Q UIREMENTS.— (1) IN GENERAL.—The design of the coins minted under this Act shall be emblematic of the courage, pride, sacrifice, sense of duty, and history of the United States Infantry. (2) DESIGNATION AND INSCRI P TIONS.— O n each coin minted under this Act, there shall be— (A) a designation of the value of the coin; ( B ) an inscription of the year ‘‘2012’’; and (C) inscriptions of the words ‘‘Liberty’’, ‘‘In G od W e Trust’’, ‘‘United States of America’’, and ‘‘ EP luribus Unum’’.
