‘‘(B)(i) T he appro x imately 0 .6-mile segment of the N orth F ork E lk from its source in sec. 21, T. 33 S., R. 12 W., Willamette M eridian, downstream to 0.01 miles below Forest Service Road 33 5 3, as a scenic river. ‘‘(ii) The approximately 5.5-mile segment of the North Fork Elk from 0.01 miles below Forest Service Road 3353 to its confluence with the South Fork Elk, as a wild river. ‘‘(C)(i) The approximately 0.9-mile segment of the South Fork Elk from its source in the southeast q uarter of sec. 32, T. 33 S., R. 12 W., Willamette Meridian, down- stream to 0.01 miles below Forest Service Road 3353, as a scenic river. ‘‘(ii) The approximately 4.2-mile segment of the South Fork Elk from 0.01 miles below Forest Service Road 3353 to its confluence with the North Fork Elk, as a wild river.’’. SEC. 1303. P ROTECTION O F TRI B AL RIG H TS. (a) INGE NE RAL .—Nothing in this subtitle shall be construed as diminishing any right of any Indian tribe. (b) ME MO RAN DU MO F UNDER ST AND I N G .—The Secretary shall seek to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Coquille Indian Tribe regarding access to the Copper Salmon Wilderness to conduct historical and cultural activities. In this subtitle: (1) BO X R RAN CH LAND EXCHANGE MA P .—The term ‘‘Box R Ranch land exchange map’’ means the map entitled ‘‘ P roposed Rowlett L and Exchange’’ and dated J une 13, 2006. (2) BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT LAND.—The term ‘‘Bureau of Land Management land’’ means the approximately 40 acres of land administered by the Bureau of Land Manage- ment identified as ‘‘Rowlett Selected’’, as generally depicted on the Box R Ranch land exchange map. (3) D EERFIELD LAND EXCHANGE MAP.—The term ‘‘Deerfield land exchange map’’ means the map entitled ‘‘Proposed Deer- field-BLM Property Line Ad j ustment’’ and dated May 1, 200 8 . (4) DEERFIELD PARCEL.—The term ‘‘Deerfield parcel’’ means the approximately 1.5 acres of land identified as ‘‘From Deer- field to BLM’’, as generally depicted on the Deerfield land exchange map. (5) FEDERAL PARCEL.—The term ‘‘Federal parcel’’ means the approximately 1.3 acres of land administered by the Bureau 16USC43 1 note. 16USC1 27 4 note.
