(d) AUT H ORI Z ED ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE W ILDERNESS.— N othing in this subtitle precludes authori z ed activities conducted outside of an area designated as wilderness by this subtitle by cabin owners (or designees) in the Mineral K ing V alley area or property owners or lessees (or designees) in the Silver City inholding, as identified on the map described in section 190 2 (1)(A). (e) HORSEBAC K RIDING.—Nothing in this subtitle precludes horsebac k riding in, or the entry of recreational or commercial saddle or pack stock into, an area designated as wilderness by this subtitle— (1) in accordance with section 4(d)( 5 ) of the Wilderness Act (1 6U .S.C. 1133(d)(5))

and (2) sub j ect to any terms and conditions determined to be necessary by the Secretary. SEC.1904 . AUTHORIZ ATIO N O F A P PROPRIATIONS. I n this subtitle

(1) MAP.—The term ‘ ‘map ’ ’ means the map entitled ‘‘Rocky Mountain National Park Wilderness Act of 200 7 ’’ and dated September 2006. (2) PARK.—The term ‘‘Park’’ means Rocky Mountain National Park located in the State of Colorado. (3) SECRETARY.—The term ‘‘Secretary’’ means the Secretary of the Interior. (4) TRAIL.—The term ‘‘Trail’’ means the East Shore Trail established under section 1954(a). (5) WILDERNESS.—The term ‘‘Wilderness’’ means the wilder - ness designated by section 1952(a). SEC. 195 2 . ROC KYM OUNTAIN NATIONA L PARK W ILDERNESS , COLO - RADO. (a) DESIGNATION.—In furtherance of the purposes of the Wilder- ness Act (16 U.S.C. 1131 et seq.), there is designated as wilderness and as a component of the National Wilderness Preservation System appro x imately 249,339 acres of land in the Park, as generally depicted on the map. (b) MAP AND B OUNDARY DESCRIPTION.— (1) IN GENERAL.—As soon as practicable after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall— 16USC 11 32note.
