LIMITATIONS ON AVAILA B ILIT Y OF FUNDS IN AF G HANISTAN SECURITY FORCES FUND. Funds appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropria- tions for the Afghanistan Security Forces Fund in section 1509(12) shall be sub j ect to the conditions contained in subsections (b) through (g) of section 1513 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Y ear 2008 ( P ublic L aw 110 – 181
122 Stat. 428). SEC. 1511. LIMITATIONS ON IRA Q SECURITY FORCES FUND. Funds made available to the Department of Defense for the I ra q Security Forces Fund for fiscal year 2010 shall be subject to the conditions contained in subsections (b) through (g) of section 1512 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (Public Law 110–181; 122 Stat. 426). SEC. 151 2 . MILITARY PERSONNEL. Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2010 to the Department of Defense for military personnel accounts in the total amount of $14,146,341,000. SEC. 151 3 . WOR K ING CAPITAL FUNDS. Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2010 for the use of the Armed Forces and other activities and agencies of the Department of Defense for providing capital for wor k ing capital and revolving funds in the amount of $396,915,000.
