A D MINISTRATIVE PROVISION — LEGAL SERVICES CORPORATION N one of the funds appropriated in this Act to the Legal Services Corporation shall be e x pended for any purpose prohibited or limited by, or contrary to any of the provisions of, sections 501, 502, 503, 504, 505, and 506 of P ublic Law 105 – 119, and all funds appropriated in this Act to the Legal Services Corporation shall be sub j ect to the same terms and conditions set forth in such sections, except that all references in sections 502 and 503 to 1997 and 199 8 shall be deemed to refer instead to 2009 and 2010, respectively. M ARINE MAMMAL COMMISSION SALARIES AND E X PENSES For necessary expenses of the Marine Mammal Commission as authorized by title II of Public Law 92–522, $3,250,000. O F FICE OF THE UNITED STATES TRADE R EPRESENTATIVE SALARIES AND EXPENSES For necessary expenses of the Office of the United States Trade Representative, including the hire of passenger motor vehicles and the employment of experts and consultants as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109, $47,826,000, of which $1,000,000 shall remain avail- able until expended: Provided, That not to exceed $124,000 shall be available for official reception and representation expenses: Pro - vided further, That negotiations shall be conducted within the World Trade Organization to recognize the right of members to distribute monies collected from antidumping and countervailing duties: Pro- vided further, That negotiations shall be conducted within the World Trade Organization consistent with the negotiating objectives con- tained in the Trade Act of 2002, Public Law 107–210.
