O THE R CO M MISSIONS COMMI S SION FOR T H E PRESER V ATION OF AMERICA ’ S HERITA G E A B ROAD SALARIES AND E XP ENSES For necessary expenses for the Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad, $635,000, as authorized by section 1303 of Public L aw 99 – 83. UNITED STATES COMMISSION ON INTERNATIONAL RELIGIO U S FREEDOM SALARIES AND EXPENSES For necessary expenses for the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom, as authorized by title II of the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998 ( Public Law 105– 292 ) , $4,300,000, to remain available until September 30, 2011: Provided, That notwithstanding the expenditure limitation specified in section 208(c)(1) of such Act (22 U.S.C. 6435a(c)(1)), the Commis- sion may expend up to $250,000 of the funds made available under this heading to procure temporary and intermittent services under the authority of section 3109(b) of title 5, United States Code. COMMISSION ON SECURITY AND COOPERATION IN EUROPE SALARIES AND EXPENSES For necessary expenses of the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe, as authorized by Public Law 94–304, $2,610,000, to remain available until September 30, 2011.
