The Capitol P olice B oard shall provide for enforcement of the restrictions contained in section 5104( c ) of title 40 ,U nited S tates Code, concernin g sales, advertisements, displays, and solicitations on the Capitol G ro u nds, as w ell as other restrictions applicable to the Capitol Grounds, in connection with the event. U SE OF ROTUNDA FOR HOLOCAUST DAYS OF REMEM -B RANCE CEREMONY. The R otunda of the Capitol is authori z ed to be used on April 2 3 , 2009, for a ceremony as part of the commemoration of the days of remembrance of victims of the H olocaust. Physical prepara - tions for the ceremony shall be carried out in accordance with such conditions as the Architect of the Capitol may prescribe. Agreed to April 1, 2009. AD J OURNMENT—HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND SENATE Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concur- ring), That when the House ad j ourns on any legislative day from Thursday, April 2, 2009, through Saturday, April 4, 2009, on a motion offered pursuant to this concurrent resolution by its Majority L eader or his designee, it stand adjourned until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21, 2009, or until the time of any reassembly pursuant to section 2 of this concurrent resolution, whichever occurs first

and that when the Senate recesses or adjourns on any day from Thurs- day, April 2, 2009, through Sunday, April 5, 2009, on a motion offered pursuant to this concurrent resolution by its Majority Leader or his designee, it stand recessed or adjourned until noon on Mon- day, April 20, 2009, or such other time on that day as may be specified in the motion to recess or adjourn, or until the time of any reassembly pursuant to section 2 of this concurrent resolu- tion, whichever occurs first.S EC . 2.
