C ORP OR A T I O N S The follo w in g corporations and agencies are hereby authorized to m a k e expenditures, within the limits of funds and borrowing authority available to each such corporation or agency and in accord with law, and to make contracts and commitments without regard to fiscal year limitations as provided by section 10 4 of the G overn - ment Corporation Control Act as may be necessary in carrying out the programs set forth in the budget for the current fiscal year for such corporation or agency, except as hereinafter provided. FED E RAL CR OP I NSU RAN C E CORPORA TI ON FUND For payments as authorized by section 516 of the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1516), such sums as may be necessary, to remain available until expended. CO M MODIT Y CREDIT CORPORATION FUND REIM B URSEMENT F OR NET REALI Z ED LOSSES ( INCLUDIN G TRANSFERS OF FUNDS ) For the current fiscal year, such sums as may be necessary to reimburse the Commodity Credit Corporation for net realized losses sustained, but not previously reimbursed, pursuant to section 2 of the Act of August 17, 1 9 61 (15 U.S.C. 71 3 a – 11)

r ovid ed, That of the funds available to the Commodity Credit Corporation under section 11 of the Commodity Credit Corporation Charter Act (15 U.S.C. 714i) for the conduct of its business with the Foreign Agricultural Service, up to $5,000,000 may be transferred to and used by the Foreign Agricultural Service for information resource management activities of the Foreign Agricultural Service that are not related to Commodity Credit Corporation business. H AZARDOUS W ASTE MANAGEMENT (LIMITATION ON E X PENSES) For the current fiscal year, the Commodity Credit Corporation shall not expend more than $5,000,000 for site investigation and cleanup expenses, and operations and maintenance expenses to comply with the re q uirement of section 107(g) of the Comprehensive E nvironmental Response, Compensation, and L iability Act (42 U.S.C. 9607(g)), and section 6001 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (42 U.S.C. 6961).
