CO M MUNITY ORIENTE D POLICIN G SER V ICES For activities authorized by the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 (Public Law 103–322); the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (‘‘the 1968 Act’’); the Violence Against W omen and D epartment of Justice Reauthoriza- tion Act of 2005 (Public Law 109–162); subtitle D of title II of the H omeland Security Act of 2002 (Public Law 107–296), which may include research and development; and the USA PATRIOT Improvement and Reauthorization Act of 2005 (Public Law 109– 177); the Second Chance Act of 2007 (Public Law 110–199); the N ICS Improvement Amendments Act of 2007 (Public Law 110– 180); the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 (Public Law 109–248) (the ‘‘Adam Walsh Act’’); and the Justice for All Act of 2004 (Public Law 108–405), $550,500,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That any balances made avail- able through prior year deobligations shall only be available in accordance with section 505 of this Act. Of the amount provided
