d fu r th er, T hat, notwithstanding any other provision of law, the S ecretary shall not be re q uired to provide a quarterly statement of performance for any Indian trust account that has not had activity for at least 18 months and has a balance of $ 1 5.0 0 or less: Provided further, That the Secretary shall issue an annual account statement and maintain a record of any such accounts and shall permit the balance in each such account to be withdrawn upon the e x press written request of the account holder: Provided further, That not to exceed $50,000 is available for the Secretary to ma k e payments to correct administrative errors of either disbursements from or deposits to Individual Indian M oney or Tribal accounts after September 3 0, 2 002: Provided further, That erroneous payments that are recovered shall be credited to and remain available in this account for this purpose: Provided further , That not to exceed $ 6 ,000,000 may be transferred from unobligated balances ( Treasury Accounts 1 4X 603 9 , 14X6803 and 14X8030 ) for the purpose of one - time accounting reconciliations of the balances, as sanctioned by the C hief F inancial O fficers Act of 1990, American Indian Trust Fund Management R eform Act of 1994 and the Federal Managers ’ Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA). DEPARTM E N T- WID E P R OG RAM S WI L DLAND F IRE MANAGEMENT ( IN C L U DING TRANSFERS OF FUNDS ) For necessary expenses for fire preparedness, suppression oper- ations, fire science and research, emergency rehabilitation, ha z - ardous fuels reduction, and rural fire assistance by the Department of the Interior, $859,453,000, to remain available until expended, of which not to exceed $6,13 7 ,000 shall be for the renovation or construction of fire facilities: Provided, That such funds are also available for repayment of advances to other appropriation accounts from which funds were previously transferred for such purposes: Provided further, That persons hired pursuant to 43 U .S.C. 1469 may be furnished subsistence and lodging without cost from funds available from this appropriation: Provided further, That notwith- standing 42 U.S.C. 1856d, sums received by a bureau or office of the Department of the Interior for fire protection rendered pursu- ant to 42 U.S.C. 1856 et seq., protection of United States property, may be credited to the appropriation from which funds were expended to provide that protection, and are available without fiscal year limitation: Provided further, That using the amounts designated under this title of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior may enter into procurement contracts, grants, or cooperative agree- ments, for hazardous fuels reduction activities, and for training and monitoring associated with such hazardous fuels reduction activities, on Federal land, or on ad j acent non-Federal land for activities that benefit resources on Federal land: Provided further, That the costs of implementing any cooperative agreement between the Federal G overnment and any non-Federal entity may be shared, as mutually agreed on by the affected parties: Provided further, Deadlin e .Ac c ou n ts tate m ent.
