OTHE R ASSISTE D HOUSING P ROGRA M S RENTAL HOUSING ASSISTANCE For amendments to contracts under section 101 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1965 ( 12 U.S.C. 1 7 01s ) and section 236(f)(2) of the N ational Housing Act (12 U.S.C. 1715z – 1) in State- aided, non-insured rental housing projects, $27,600,000, to remain available until expended. RENT SUPPLEMENT ( RESCISSION )O f the amounts recaptured from terminated contracts under section 101 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1965 (12 U.S.C. 1701s) and section 236 of the National Housing Act (12 U.S.C. 1715z–1) $37,600,000 are rescinded. PA Y MENT TO MANU F ACTURED HOUSING FEES TRUST FUND For necessary expenses as authorized by the National M anufac- tured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 197 4 (42 U.S.C. 5401 et se q .), up to $16,000,000, to remain available until expended, of which $10,600,000 is to be derived from the Manufac- tured Housing Fees Trust Fund: Provided, That not to exceed the total amount appropriated under this heading shall be available from the general fund of the Treasury to the extent necessary to incur obligations and ma k e expenditures pending the receipt of collections to the Fund pursuant to section 620 of such Act: Provided further, That the amount made available under this heading from the general fund shall be reduced as such collections are received during fiscal year 2009 so as to result in a final fiscal year 2009 appropriation from the general fund estimated at not more than $5,400,000 and fees pursuant to such section Inspectio ns .
