Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United _ States of America in Congress assembled, That upon all weihable wgP;:b$§'::t*: articles hereafter exported, upon which a drawback or return duty is ck,Sg,xp0,,,,d’ allowed, and upon all weighable goods withdrawn from bonded ware- three centsper houses for export, there shall be levied and collected, by the collectors of hsggfglggé the several ports, three cents per hundred pounds, to' be determined by the returns of the weighers.
