Feb, 28, 135; Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Sane; of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In· P<>¤¤i<>¤ fn terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of J°h° R°g°”° John Rogers, a soldier in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and :1. private in Captain James Payne’s company of Virginia militia, on the pension rolls, at the rate of eight dollars per month. Cross, late private in company F, seventy-second regiment Ohio volunteer infantry, a pension from the twelfth day of June, anno Domini eighteen hundred _ and sixty-two, (the dave of the death of her husband,) to the date at which the pension heretofore granted to her eommenced, and at the same rate.- APPROVED, February 28, 1867. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- P¢¤S¥#1¤}l·0 terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of N°”°Y mw"' Nancy Hinton, widow of John Hinton, late a private in Davis County Home Guard, on the pension roll, at the rate of eight dollars per month, and continue during her widowhood; and in the event of the marriage or death of said Nancy Hinton, then to the minor children of John Hinton, subject to the limitations and restrictions of the pension laws.
