Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Washington States of America in Congress assembled, That Charles Klomann, Fred- }`\g;gg;;g;°s§:‘§ ericlc Hiigler, Charles Ebel, John H. Stailey, Adolf Cluss, G. Dill, Guscorpomtee. tav Hartig, B. Henze, John Kessel, Caspar Kneessi, E. L. Schmidt, Richard Wallach, M. Michler, Lewis Clephane, and A. C. Richards, of Washingtoii City, in the District of Columbia, and their associates and successors, be, and are hereby, incorporated and made a body corporate, by the name of the"Wasliington Target-shooting Association," and by that name may sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded, in any court of law of competent jurisdiction, and be entitled to use and exercise all the P0w¤r¤,&¤· powers, rights, and privileges incident to such corporation, for the purpose of establishing and maintaining, in the District of Columbia, a»" Park," designated and named the “Washington Schiitzen-Park," the object of whitip shall be moral and social, and to acquire proficiency and skill as mar smen.
