CX1. -— An Act granting a Pension to Eliza J Rennard, mdowupf William K. June 25, 1869- Rennard, deceased, late a Private in Tenth Ohio Volunteers, ty" [the] ar of eighteen `_—-_?`-` hundred and si.z·ty-one. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- Pension to tcrior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension El"? J· R°“' rolls the name of Eliza J. Rennard, widow of William K. Rennard, de- mr ' ceased, a private in tenth Ohio battery of volunteers of the war of eighteen hundred and sixty-one; and that she be paid a pension allowed a private, during her widowhood, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, to commence on the first day of March, eighteen hundred and sixty-five; and in case of her death or marriage, then the pension to be paid to the minor children of said William K. Rennard, deceased, as may be under sixteen years of age, subject to the provisions and limitations of the general pension laws. Approved, June 25, 1868. CHAP. CXII. - An Act for the Reliefof Mary B. Craig. June 25, 1868. Be it enacted by the Senate and House ty" Representatives cy the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- P°¤Si°¤¤° rcrior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Mary B' Omg Mary B. Craig, of Marshall County, West Virginia, widow of Samuel F. Craig, on the pension roll, at the rate of eight dollars per month, to commence on the first day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-Eve, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws. Approved, June 25, 1868. CHAP. CXIII. —An Act granting a Pension to Sarah E. Pzbkell. June 25, 1868. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- S P°n§°*gf°k u terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the am ’ 1° ° ' pension rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah E. Pickell, widow of John Pickell, late of the thirteenth regiment New York volunteers, at the rate of seventeen dollars per month, commencing April sixth, eighteen hundred and sixty-six. Approved, June 25, 1868. CHAP CXIV. —An Act for the Reliefof the VWdow and Mum Children of Benjamin June 25, 1868. B. Naylor, late a Pilot on the Gunboat Patapsco.
