Hibben, widow of Reverend Samuel Hibben, late a chaplain of the fourth cavalry regiment, Illinois volunteers, who had been appointed to that position with the rank of captain, and died ot' disease contracted in the service, leaving surviving said widow, and issue, one child, a son, of the name of John Grier Hibbert. born April nineteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-one; and that she be paid during her widowhood a pension of twenty dollars per month, to commence on the tenth day of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-two; and at her marriage
