W. Parish and Company, for the delivery by said firm of the whole amount of ice required to be consumed at Nashville, Saint Louis, Cairo, and Memphis during the remainder of that year; and said court is hereby invested with full power and authority to hear and determine the validity of said claim, and the amount, if any, of the damages of said J.
