Little Rock. 20. Little Rock Land—district is bounded as follows, viz: beginning on the south boundary of the State of Arkansas where the line between rangps five and six west of the fifth principal meridian intersects the same; thence north on said range-line to the corner common to townships ten and eleven south; thence west on the line between townships ten and eleven south to the line between ranges seventeen and eighteen west; thence north on the said range-line to the corner common to townships twelve and thirteen north of the base—line; thence east on the line between townships twelve and thirteen north to the line between ranges seven and eight west; thence north along] said range-line to the north boundary of the State; thence east with the said boundary to the Saint Francis River; thence down said river to the intersection of the thirty-sixth degree and thirty minutes of north latitude; thence east along said paralle of north latitude to the Mississippi River; thence down said river to the south boundary of the State of Arkansas; and thence west along said boundary to the point of beginning. 0¤md¢¤· 21. Camden Land-district is bounded on the north by the base—line extending from the west boundary of the State of Arkansas to the intersection of the line between ranges seventeen and eighteen west of the fifth principal meridian; thence south with the said range-line to the corner common to townships ten and eleven south of the base-line; thence east, on the line between townships ten and eleven south, to the intersection of the line between ranges `ve and six west of the fifth principal meridian; thence south along said range-line to the south boundary of the State; thence west with the said boundary to the west boundary of the State; and thence with the west boundary to the place of beginning. Harrison Land-district comprises all that part of the State of Arkansas which lies north of the line between townships twelve and thirteen north of the base—line, and west of the line between ranges seven and eight west of the fifth principal meridian.
