The Coast Survey report shall be submitted to Congress Reportduring the month of December in each ear, and shall be accompanied 3 Mu, 1853 c_ by a general chart of the whole coasts ofy the United States, on as large 98, s. 1, v. 10, pp. a scale as convenient and practicable, showing, as near as racticable, 2l4» 217- the configuration of the coasts, and showing, by lines, the probable limits of the Gulf Stream, and showing, by lines, the probable limit to which the soundings off the coast will extend, and showing, by the use of colors and ex lanations, the exact rtions of our coasts, of which complete charts have been published by the Coast Survey; also, showing such other parts of the coasts of which the triangulation, the topography, and the soundings have been completed, but not published, an , a so, such parts of the coasts of which the triangulation and topography, or the triangulation only, have been complete . Sec. 4691.
