The present convention shall be ratified by His Majesty the King of Wiirttemberg, with the consent of the Chambers of the Kingdom, and by the President by and with the advice and consent of the Senate of the United States, and the ratiiications shall be exchanged at Stuttgart as soon as possible, within twelve months from the date hereof.
