To effect a transfer of accounts in the State Department, involving C0ns_ularsnl:1rics, no expenditure of money from the Treasury, namely: For salaries of y¤=¤‘ 1675- consuls-gen eral, oonsuls, vice-consuls, commercial agents, and clerks, being for the fiscal year eighteen hundred and seventy-tive, one thousand six hundred and twenty-nine dollars and seventy-five cents. Sam mis, late consul at Stuttgart, as follows : For contingent ““”· expenses of consulate for the year ended June thirtieth, eighteen hundred and seventyfive, two hundred and forty dollars and fifty-seven cents; for salary for a part of the dscal year eighteen hundred and seventy-three and for a part of the year eighteen hundred and seventy-four, four hundred and fifty-tive dollars and eighty three cents. _ To pay Mrs. Jane Baldwin, widow of Caleb Baldwin, late judge of Jmw B°1<1W¤¤· Alabama Claims Commissioner, two hundred and sixteen dollars and fifty-eight cents, to be paid out of the money awarded the United States under the treaty of Washington, being the balance of the salary of said Caleb Baldwin from December eighteenth hundred and seventy-six, to January first, eighteen hundred and seventy-seven.
