Cheescman, of Lake City, in the State of Oregon, the sum of one thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine dollars and iorty-one cents, the same being the amount; overpaid by him to the Treasurer of the United States in settlement of his account as stamp-agent at San Francisco, in the State of California, from the sixth day of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-one, to the twelfth day of October, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight.
