States of America in Congress assembled, Thatthe Secretary of the Interior Pension- be, and he is hereby, authorised and directed to place on the pensionroll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of James B. Treadwell, late major of the Eighty-fifth Regiment of Pennsylvania. Volunteers. Approved, February 7, 1879. Feb. 7, 1879. CHAP. 53.-An act for the relief of Andrew F. Higgins, of Brown County, Ohio. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United A. F._Higgins. States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- P°¤S*°¤· rior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Andrew F. Higgins, late private in the Fourth Independent Company, Ohio Volunteer Cavalry, in the war of the rebellion, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws.
