March 3, 1879, Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- Frances McN. terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension- P°“°*·. roll, snbiect to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the P°°m°”‘ name of Francis McNeil Potter, daughter of the late General John McNeil, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1879. CHAP. 263.-An act granting a pension to Sarah E. Webli and minor children. March 3, ]379_ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- Sarah E. Webb. rior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension- P€¤¤1°¤· roll, the names of Sarah E. \Vcbb, widow of Osgood B. W ebb, private Company C, Thirtieth Regiment Maine Veteran Volunteers, and Caroline E. and Ylialter H. Webb, minor children of said Osgood B. and Sarah E. Webb, and pay them pensions from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1879. CHAP. 264.-Au act to remove the political disabilities of Isaac R.
