Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Claims q110W0d States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasby °2°°““"“’g 9m' ury be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to pay, out of any °°" ° p°m°°°m` moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the_ several persons in this act named, the several sums mentioned herein the same being in full for, and the receipt of the same to be taken and accepted in each case as a full and ilnal discharge of, the several claims ergamrned and allowed by the proper accounting officers, under the prov1sions of 1864, 6h_Q4g, the act of July fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, since January 13 Stat., 381. seventeenth, eighteen hundred and seventy-seven, namely: Califoinia.
