Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Hardie Hogan States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- H<>lP<=1"» P<>¤¤i°¤· rior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place 0n_ the pension. roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Hardie Hogan Helper, who was disabled while on special duty under the command of General A. E. Burnside, in the war of the late rebellion, and pay him a pension at the rate of ten dollars per month from the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1881. Allen’s company of Virginia volunteers, and pay him a pen sion at the rate of fifteen dollars per month, that being the amount to which his disability entitles him according to the report of the board oi examining surgeons.
