CHAP. 5'l.y—An act granting right of way to the Fremont, Elk Horn and Missouri Feb, 28, 1883, Valley Railroad Company across the Niobrara Military Reservation in the State of L_-— Nebraska Be it enacted by the Senate and uma of Representatives of the United gi M of W, States of America in Congress assembled, That the Fremont, Elk Horn uerosgthsNiobrarir and Missouri Valley Railroad Company, a corporation duly organized Mm*¤·W R°°°"¤· under the laws of the State of Nebraska, are hereby granted the right ",_£“],’,N,°db;T,',,k°’f°' of way one hundred feet in width for their said railroad acrms and ' through the Niobrara Military Reservation, located in said State of Nebraska; and such quantity of land not exceeding one hundred and fifty feet in width by four hundred feet in length, in addition to such right of way as may be necessary for depot or station house and switches for said road, to be so selected as not to interfere with any buildings or improvements thereon, and the location thereof to be subject to the approval of the Secretary of War. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represcntatioeaaf the United .
