Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Mary A- H¤¤1’y· States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the_In- P"““‘°”· terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pensionroll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary A Henry, widow of William Henry, late a private in Company K, One hundred and uhh Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry. Approved, July 5, 1884. July 5, 1884- CHAP. 297.-An act for the relief of Mrs Nancy Biser. _ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United NMQY BMT- States of America in Congress assembled, That the name of Mrs ancy P°"°1°"' Biser be placed on the pension-roll, and that she be, and hereby rs, entitled to receive twenty dollars per month, in lieu of all other compensation from the Government, as widow or otherwise, from the passage of this act, during her natural life. ` Approved, July 5, 1884. May, late of the Nineteenth Regiment of Indiana Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Sec. 2. That this act shall take efect from and after its passage. Goddard, widow of Elisha M. Goddard, formerly a private in Company C, Sixth Regiment Vermont Volunteers, and pay her a pension from and atter the passage of this act, A Approved, July 5, 1884.
