Davis, late contractor $31 t”°“P°"°“' on mail—r·oute numbered seventy-five hundred and six, State of Arkansas, ` the sum of ten thousand nine hundred and tbrty-three dollars and sixteen cents, in full payment for transporting the United States mails between Memphis, Tennessee, and the mouth of White River, Arkansas, and from thence to Duvall’s Bluff, in Arkansas, in the years eighteen hundred and sixtyeight, eighteen hundred and sixty-nine, and eighteen hundred and seventy; and the payment is hereby authorized and directed to be made out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
