Massachusetts, February twenty-eighth, eighteen hundred and c1'.,,,, of ,,,_ sixty-seven be, and hereby is, reterred to the Court of Claims for its do- rei-red to Court or cision and adjudication upon the merits thereof, as a court of equity and GMM- justice, without regard to the statute of limitations, according to the practice of said court.
