An equal proportion of two-thirds of all plants, seeds, trees, cuttings, vines, and shrubs shall, upon their request, be supplied to Senators, Representatives, and Delegates in Congress, for distribution among their constituents, or shall, by their direction, be sent to their constituents; and the persons receiving such seeds shall inform the Department of Preview. the results of the experiments therewith: Provided, That all seeds, D_ t b H I plants, and cuttings herem_ allotted to Senators, Representatives, and uu; :2: 31m;- Delegates in Congress, for distribution, remaining uncalled for at the ond ed fog ·# of the iiscal year, shall bedistnbuted by the C0mmissionerofAgriculture: Report Aad provided also, That the Commissioner shall repplrt, as provided in this act, the place, quantity, and price of seeds pure ased, from whom purchased, and the date of purchase.
