Sec. 2. That the sum of two hundred thousand dollars, or so much Appropriation. thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to defray the cost of the printing of said Report. Greely and the Lady Franklin Bay expedition; of which number one thousand copies shall be for the use of the House, five hundred copies for the use of the Senate, and three thousand five hundred copies to be distributed by the Secretary of the Navy.
