Bc it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- Amanda R0413- rior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension- "ig . roll, the name of Amand Rodgers, widow of Matthew B. Rodgers, late °°°1°°' of Company C, First Regiment United States Dragoons, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws. Freels, widow of Pleasant M. May 8, 1886. Freels, Pension. widow of Pleasant M. Freels, late of the above-named regiment, on the pension-rolls, and issue to her a certificate of pension, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws. Interior is hereby directed to put the name of Polly Belden, of West- P¤¤¤¤¤¤- more, Vermont, dependent mother of Hemen Belden, late of Company E, Ninth Regiment Vermont Volunteers, on the pensiou·roll, subject to the limitation of the pension laws.
