Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Josie H. Bubh. States of America in Congress assembled, Thattlie Secretary of the In- P•*¤¤l°¤· tcrior be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Josie H. Babb, widow ot John \V._ Babb, late a musician in Company I, Fifteenth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteers. Approved, June 19, 1886. June 19, 1886. CHAP. 460.-An act granting a pension to Lemuel Adams. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Lammel Adams. States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- P•¤¤¤i¤¤· terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lemuel Adams, a private in Captain John Tremble’s company, Major Russel1’s battalion, war of eighteen hundred andtwelve. · Approved, June 19, 1836. June 19, 1886. CHAP. 461.—An act granting a pension to Amos C. Weeden. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Amos c.Weeden. States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- P¤¤¤i¤¤- terior be,and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Amos C. Lee, a major and }:mu;““::db*° J· quartermaster in the United States Army, be, and is hereby, authorp g ° ized and directed to issue and deliver to J. L. Millspaugh a duplicate check on the assistant treasurer of the United States at New York in lieu and in the place of a certain check by the said Lee unto the said Millspaugh issued and delivered upon said assistant treasurer for the sum of two thousand six hundred and seventy-nine dollars and fifty- three cents, dated the sixth day of November, anno Domini eighteen hundred and eighty-three, payable to the order of the said Millspaugh, and numbered one hundred and' twenty-four thousand seven hundred and seventy-three.
